Snout Studios Franchising LLC ("Snout Studios," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use snoutstudios.co (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Each Snout Studios location is locally owned and operated. Snout Studios Echo Park is operated by Poppy and Apollo Studios 1 LLC. Snout Studios Downtown LA is operated by Brookdale Holdings LLC. Snout Studios Clearwater (Tampa Bay) is operated by Dream Dogs Capital, LLC.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide and limited information collected automatically.

• Pet professionals. When you join a waitlist, apply for a suite, request a tour, ask about membership, or request a calculator estimate, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, profession, current setup, desired timeline, preferred tour date, the market you're interested in, and any notes or questions you share.
• Pet parents. When you request a groom or ask to be connected with a groomer, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, preferred location and day, the service you want, information about your pet (such as pet type, breed, and size), and any notes you share.
• Event guests. When you RSVP to an event, we collect your name and phone number.
• Property owners. When you tell us about a property, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and property details such as location, property type, square footage, and availability.
• Form details. With each submission, we record which form and page you used and how you found us, such as a campaign or offer.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, device and browser type, and similar analytics information.
• Company-level visitor information. We use a visitor-insights service that may use your IP address and device information to identify the company or organization associated with your visit, along with related business information where available. We use this to understand which organizations are interested in Snout Studios. It does not identify you personally.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and contact you about suites, tours, and membership in your market.
• To respond to groom requests and help pet parents and groomers connect.
• To confirm event RSVPs and evaluate properties for potential new locations.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
• To send updates relevant to your interest in becoming a member, where permitted.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business — for example, our customer relationship management (CRM) and communications platforms — and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.

When you request a groom or ask to be connected with a groomer, we may share your request details with independent groomers who work from a Snout Studios location so they can follow up with you. These groomers run their own businesses and are responsible for how they handle your information.

Text messages

Our forms have two separate, optional SMS checkboxes. If you check the service box, we may text you about your inquiry, tours, appointments and account updates. If you check the marketing box, we may text you offers, events and openings. We send only the type of messages you agreed to. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of membership or any purchase. See the SMS Terms in our Terms of Service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses privacy-first, cookie-free analytics to understand basic traffic and site usage. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand page engagement and which forms and calls to action are useful. Google Analytics does not load until you select "Accept analytics" in our consent banner.

We do not send contact details or free-text form responses to Google Analytics. You can decline optional analytics or change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from using the Site or submitting a form.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link, by replying STOP to a text message, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
