$450 Reservation Deposit required to secure your suite at Snout Studios Echo Park

When Your Deposit is REFUNDABLE

✅ You cancel within 48 hours of paying the deposit
✅ We cannot accommodate your specific suite requirements as discussed

When Your Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE

❌ You cancel after 48 hours of paying the deposit
❌ You fail to complete onboarding requirements by June 30th
❌ You don't provide required insurance documentation
❌ You don't pay first week's rent ($450) by move-in date
❌ You change your mind about the location or business decision
❌ You fail to respond to our communications for 72+ hours

How the Deposit Works

1. Reservation Phase: $450 holds your suite

2. Move-In: This $450 becomes your security deposit

3. Operating: Security deposit protects against damages/cleaning

4. Move-Out: Security deposit refunded within 30 days if:

   • Suite is clean and undamaged

   • No excessive wear beyond normal use

   • All equipment/keys returned

   • Final week's rent paid in full
